🧭 December Dispatch: Holiday Matsuri on the Horizon

The final waypoint of 2025 is finally upon us. Holiday Matsuri lands this weekend, and we’ll be setting up camp at Booth #201 at the Orange County Convention Center.

We’ll be on the floor all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, fully stocked and ready for in-person shopping. If you’re hunting for those last-minute holiday gifts, this is the perfect chance to see the work up close and take something home the same day.

Holiday Matsuri has grown tremendously over the years. Walking its show floor now feels a lot like stepping into a younger, energetic MegaCon. If you know, you know.

Once the dust settles, our official 2026 show schedule will be published right here on December 26th.
 

⚙️ Workshop Status: Holiday Acceleration

The holiday rush has been generous, and for the first time in years, we’re actually ahead of pace.

With the help of our newest crew member, Karen, production has been moving faster and more smoothly than ever. Orders that were originally estimated for January are already shipping in December. Some are even landing before Christmas.

Kara’s recovery from her first hand surgery has gone incredibly well, but the road isn’t over just yet. Her second surgery takes place this coming Wednesday, this time on her dominant hand. The team is fully prepped to support her recovery and keep production moving steadily while she heals.

Outside the workshop, home base has become its own attraction. Our “Christmas in Jurassic Park” yard display has been drawing visitors from all over the Orlando area, and yes, we’re heading back to the news again. If you’re local and curious, you can find us in the Dr. Phillips area. Just follow the glow.
 

🎁 Field Briefing: Holiday Order Cutoff

At this point in the season, we need to set expectations clearly.

Orders placed from here forward will not arrive before the holidays. The creation queue is simply too full to start, build, finish, and ship new pieces in time.

That said, every order placed now will still receive the same care, detail, and craftsmanship we’re known for. Estimated delivery for new orders is mid-January.

Our Shopify storefront has had a strong launch, and we hope more of you continue to explore it. And don’t forget, our Retro Realm Redbubble shop features original designs you won’t find in our Etsy or Shopify stores. These are exclusive pieces, available nowhere else.
 

🔭 Mission Log: Design & Development

We’re thrilled to announce that DINOSAUR / Countdown to Extinction is now live across our online shops. This piece captures the spirit of the ride both past and present, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Behind the scenes, progress continues, though not without a few course corrections.

The Epic Universe map demanded more time and attention than anticipated. Between holiday fulfillment and Kara’s upcoming surgery, we weren’t able to bring it across the finish line this month. Work will continue at a slower pace until Kara has recovered enough to return fully to character art. As it stands, Epic Universe is now projected for late January or February.

Men in Black: Alien Attack has paused briefly but is still on track for completion by late January, and the same timeline applies to World of Warcraft’s Ironforge.
 

🌅 Forward Momentum

As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back with gratitude.

It’s been a year of challenges, growth, hard work, and real victories. Every twist in the journey made the destination more meaningful, and none of it would have been possible without the support of this incredible community.
